The experienced and well-trained staff is the strength of our inpatient care service. Being a 300-bed hospital, wards are divided into Preliminary Care Unit, Medical Unit, Isolation unit, Dengue High Dependency unit, HIV Unit, Bhikkhu ward and Intensive Care Unit. Altogether there were 19621 admissions to the hospital in the year 2023. We proudly provide exceptional care for patients with infectious diseases, as well as a wide range of other medical conditions, ensuring their health and well-being.
Preliminary Care Unit (PCU / WARD – 01)
Usually, admissions are made to the Preliminary Care Unit. This is the busiest ward in the hospital. After initial treatment, the patients are discharged or directed to the relevant units. This unit is run by an efficient team.
